Hope you all had a good one! I just got the Live Baby Live DVD, Can't wait to watch it tonight (I knew there was a reason I didn't spend my Xmas money yet:) Kelly If you're any good at all, you know you can be better -Lindsey Buckingham From: PurpleCheezer65@aol.com [mailto:PurpleCheezer65@aol.com] Sent: Sunday, January 04, 2004 7:37 PM To: inxs@topica.com Subject: RE: INXS: INXS .. No Doubt No sure if this was mentioned on the list. Not much action and I tend to not keep up. No Doubt release of their singles 1992 to 2003 lists "It's My Life" as one of two choices of 80's songs they wanted to covered, which is on the cd. The 2nd song on their narrowed down list was "Don't Change" by INXS. Oh how I wished they had chosen that song to cover. Wonder what their rendition would have sounded like. Maybe the video would not have played into her need to be a glamor girl from the 40's with her pending movie part coming up. Oh well .. wishful thinking. Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!! I hope you're enjoying this new year. I went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum in Cleveland in December, and there was a breathtaking photo of Michael H. in an exhibit by a Cleveland photographer named Janet Macoska. She took photos of performers when they played in Ohio. If you go to her website, the main photo on the homepage is the one I'm talking about - Michael in silhouette in a great rock star pose. It's very expensive to buy a print or poster, but it's worth looking at. Below is info I got from the Museum about her and her website. And by the way, for the U2 fans on this list, their exhibit has been extended through the end of February (I think they should just make it permanent!). For more info, go to http://www.rockhall.org. peace and love, Abbey "Just as you find me, Always I will be, A little bit too free With myself..." -- U2, Summer Rain The photographer is Janet Macoska who is a local photojournalist. You can reach her through her website: http://www.janetmacoska.com/. There are prints available through the website, but I am not sure if she is selling the Michael Hutchence print or not. If you email her directly through there and ask about it, I'm sure they will be able to supply the information you are looking for.
